Set in a quiet cross street, one block from Hobarts amazing waterfront and just two blocks from the mall, Joes Garage is home to an extraordinary collection that possibly best describes the random mind of its creator, Matt Hamilton, an eccentric, middle aged larakin, with a passion for anything motorised. There is a story that goes with every piece in here, and the building is crammed to the rafters. Truly the most unique bar in Australia.

Joes is managed by Mark, (it aint fast unless its scary) Whitla and his wife Lisa.

We are actively involved in Dragracing. Mark & Matts son Darby running their totally street driven ford capri 8.76 so far, a new plant arrived and should be running at Calder Park Prostreet Shoot out in January 2009. Maybe 7's!!!!!

Motorcycling every Tuesday Night is Bike Nite, Sports Bikes & Tourers even Scooters.

Good people: Frequent Bike releases and up to date GP and superbike footage on our numerous flat screens.

If touring the state, give us a call and we will show you all the best roads and help with budget accommodation.

We also promote "Ride Days" at Baskerville Raceway. A great way to fine tune your skills and let your hair down. Tassie has it all!
